This was the first time I had gone to this facility.   The employees were so kind and considerate.   The Doctor was very knowledgeable and explained my situation thoroughly. Wylie ER was a true godsend for our family. When our usual urgent care was closed and we found ourselves in need of care, we weren’t sure where to turn. That’s when we discovered Wylie ER—and we’re so grateful we did. Dr. Ziegler (best name ever!) took the time to patiently listen to my son’s description of his pain. He made my son feel comfortable, truly heard, and seen, which made a world of difference during a stressful moment. The entire team at Wylie ER was outstanding from start to finish. From the welcoming front desk staff through to discharge, everyone we encountered was professional, kind, and efficient. They genuinely set the bar for excellence in emergency care.
